If you can say goodbye to sweets for good, brush and floss your teeth three times a day, never eat fast food-- and heck, cure cancer while you are at it--that is fantastic for you. Unfortunately not all of us can do that, but we all can take steps in the right direction. Though it can be tough, limiting the number of sweets you eat (or drink) can be very beneficial. Cutting down, not eliminating, sugar is the best way to go. If you drink two sodas a day, choose a water instead one of the times. Or if you eat a candy bar everyday at work, alternate with fresh fruit or veggies instead. Maybe you are okay on the sweets area but you only brush at night, making a habit of brushing in the morning as well could make all the difference. If you stick with these small little changes and form them into habits, your teeth will be looking better in no time. Norfolk VA Partners In Dental Health, you can have a great smile call us at 757-588-1563 or 757-587-0804. if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment.

I truly enjoy coming to this office much more than the Virginia Beach office. I find the staff much friendlier and more helpful. I also like this location because the traffic is not as congested. Thanks for all the great service over all the years I have been coming to your offices. Angie W Norfolk VA

It's one of the most dreaded days of the year, going to the dentist for your annual checkup. Worrying that your mouth is full of cavities, and somehow hoping that brushing and flossing extra hard and carefully will somehow make up the past 6 months of "forgetting" to take good care of your teeth. This is one of those experiences that just drains you for the day and sometimes many more days then just one. But it doesn't have to be. At Partners In Dental Health, we want to be just that: your partners or friends. We want to make your experience with us the best experience you have ever had with a dentist, and we go through great lengths to assure that you are comfortable and safe. If you are in need of a Norfolk VA Partner In Dental Health give us a call at 757-588-1563 or 757-587-0804.
